This is identical to the WWII US Army TL-122 series flashlight. Marked Bell Canada so possibly used by telephone linesmen. In very good, working condition, minor wear to outside, batteries not included. I tested this with a new bulb, but put the original non-working bulb back in, so you will need a new bulb.
