Ordering, Payment, Shipping & Returns
The site's shopping cart is set up like most website stores so once your cart is full you can go through the steps of checking out, selecting shipping options and paying. Overseas customers and anyone else that is unsure about the shipping calculator to PLEASE email me (email@example.com) and I can send an invoice with a more accurate shipping cost. Please include the item number(s) you want and your mailing address and I will respond within 24 hours.
We accept PayPal, Venmo, Money Orders, and Certified Checks. Overseas customers can use PayPal. We reserve the right not to accept orders or ship to any country that prohibits any items we sell. Additionally, due to bank and postal issues, we will not accept orders or ship to the following countries: Belarus, Countries of the former Yugoslavia, Countries of the Russian Federation, Estonia, Indonesia, Latvia, Lithuania, Mexico, Poland, Romania, Slovak Republic, South Africa, or Ukraine.
When you select "View Cart" there is a drop down menu under your shipping total. The default setting is "First Class" so please use the drop down menu to select your shipping choice/ price. For larger items, there may only be one shipping price even for multiple shipping options. This is due to this website's shipping calculator. In that case, the price reflects the most economical way to ship that item. This mainly only occurs for heavier items such as helmets.
Most items are sent USPS Priority Mail, small items such as patches can be sent USPS First Class. We charge actual USPS rates for flat rate packages. We only charge a handling fee if we need to ship a package that will not fit in a flat rate box, or if the customer specifically requests another form of ground/air shipment. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We recommend the buyer purchases insurance at additional cost if choosing anything other than Priority Mail or expensive items over the Priority Mail insurance limit. All overseas packages must be insured. Import duties, taxes and other charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Return & Exchange Policy
All items are guaranteed to be described accurately as to the period represented and the condition. If not 100% satisfied for any reason, please return the item in the same condition as shipped within the three (3) day inspection period for a full refund. There are NO refunds for photographs. If returned AFTER three (3) days, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. Foxhole Militaria, LLC will pay for return ground shipping postage costs during the three (3) day inspection period ONLY on orders that are a result of our error. After 3 (three) days, return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. We will not pay for return shipping on uniforms "because it doesn't fit". These items are sold for historical and display purposes and measurements and photos of the size tags are always included in the item description.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 4 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
