2nd pattern "Deutsches Jugendfest / Reichsportwettkampf" badge dated 1937 and stamped Ludenscheid on the reverse. Die struck aluminum-alloy base, silver washed and black burnished. Measures approximately 1 1/16 inches tall by 5/8 of an inch wide. This award could be worn on the uniform year round, unlike other decorations that were of limited wear.
