WWII German splinter camouflage helmet cover, reversable to white, made from original zeltbahn material. There are no hooks or strings to attach to helmet. Unknown maker. Helmet does not fluoresce, but threads do; in like new condition. Note: ribbons not included, just shown as example of fluoresce contrast.
