Original unmarked Ostmedaille with ribbon. Slight wear to medal, clean ribbon, in overall very good condition. Created by SS Unterschrfuhrer Ernst Krauit this award was was nicknamed the "Frozen Meat Medal" and awarded to those who participated in the first winter of "Operation Barbarossa".
