Original gas mask and bag; carrier bag is in great condition, soft with very minor wear, metal pieces have no corrosion, marked "Wide" dated 1918 and has the name Fred H. Pickerill Cleveland Ohio written on the back. Mask interior is very brittle which is typical, there is loose charcoal inside, the hose is torn, and it has the maintenance card.
