Pre-WW II Distinctive Unit Insignia also called a crest for the 63rd Anti-Aircraft Artillery Battalion. Pin back and maker marked N.S. Meyer in good condition with some wear and cracking to enamel on front. The motto reads AMOR PATRIAE (for love of country).
