Original U.S. M1 Helmet, front seam, original paint with swivel bales, heatstamp 293B for McCord dating to late 1942 to early 1943.  The M1 liner is marked Westinghouse with OD3 khaki webbing in very good condition but there is some damage on the crown (small crack/ puncture). Sweat band and leather chinstrap are in good shape with minor fraying.
