Very nice framed studio portrait of a soldier with a sentiment written to his uncle and aunt. No shoulder sleeve insignia, but he is wearing Infantry brass insignia and weapon qualification badges. The studio was in Alexandria, LA which means he was most likely sytationed at Fort Polk, LA. Overall very good condition with typical wear due to age.
