Set consists of a rear seam M1 steel helmet in excellent condition, metal hardware on chinstrap has slight surface rust, M1 liner by Firestone marked 6, in excellent condition, with neck strap, no cracks and paint is almost perfect; webbing is in great shape but the sweatband is dry and hard with some cracks. The Mitchell pattern camouflage cover is also in excellent condition, with hardly any fading and has the correct period elastic band (no "cat eyes"). This is the cleanest complete helmet I've come across in a long time!
