All pieces are in used, slightly worn condition but no major issues. The "This Is Brussels" guide book isn't dated, but the introduction by LTC Kraschel states "Helmets and helmet liners are taboo..." which would indicate the war is still going on. These pieces were all found together so I believe they all belonged to the same soldier who visited the Waterloo battlefield as well as Brussels.
