Very nice, large lot named to same family: John Christie, Sr., and daughters Bertha, Eleanor, and Mary Elizabeth (all in their 20's). First ration holder includes War Ration Book One with most stamps gone. Second holder has four War Ration Book Two's; all stamps are gone but books are numbered sequentially. Third holder contains ration certificates for meat, sugar purchase certificates, an application for War Ration Book No. 3, mileage ration coupons, and gasoline rations for a 1937 Chrysler sedan. Lot also came with a photo of a soldier in uniform, presumably a son? Great addition to your Home Front or local Pennsylvania history collection!
