No tag so I believe this is a private purchase utility pouch in used but great condition. Two large pouches for 9mm magazines, three loop for ink pens/ pencils, another small pouch with elastic velcro strap, and a small pouch on the outside flap with velco flap. Those are my best guesses, I'm sure you can fit all kinds of stuff in this neat pouch!
