US Army issue M-1942 first aid pouch, OD7 in fair condition with some wear and slight corrosion on hanger and lift the dot snap (needs to be cleaned, closes but doesn't snap), faint markings, looks to be dated 1944. Carlisle bandage box appears to be an early version without "Sulfanilamide" stamped on the reverse but is tin and not brass.
